The ultimate goal is to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy Verbier without leaving a lasting environmental impact. Switzerland, and the Canton of Valais in particular, have made impressive strides in their environmental goals. Much of the power generated in the region is from hydroelectric dams. A strong ethos of recycling is enforced with a local tax on household waste which can't be recycled.

We believe Verbier will one day be on a similar framework to another Valais ski resort - Zermatt. Where the town centre operates on exclusively electric vehicles.
